통화긴축기조 속 석달째 증가주담대 1.4조 늘고 신용대출 ↓한은 "가계부채 줄여야" 경고가계대출 증가세가 꺾이지 않고 있다. 5대 은행 가계대출이 지난 한 달 새 1조원 가까이 늘었다. 통화 긴축 기조 속에서도 가계대출이 증가세를 지속하면서 한국은행의 경계감이 커지고 있다. 1일 금융권에 따르면 5대 은행(KB국민·신한·하나·우리·NH농협)의 지난 7월 말 가계대출 잔액은 679조2208억원으로 6월(678조2454억원)보다 9755억원 늘었다.5대 은행 가계대출은 지난 5월 1년 5개월 만에 상승 전환한 이후 3개월 연속 증가했다. 증가 폭도 5월(1431억원) 대비 커졌다. 세부적으로 전세자금대출을 포함한 주택담보대출(잔액 512조8875억원)이 1조4868억원 불었다. 다만 개인신용대출 잔액은 전달보다 2462억원 감소한 108조6828억원으로 집계됐다. 기업대출의 경우 7월에도 6조5790억원(732조3129억원→738조8919억원) 늘었다. 기업 규모별로 보면 대기업 대출이 6월 123조2116억원에서 126조2095억원으로, 중소기업 대출이 609조1013억원에서 612조6823억원으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다.대출 증가세에 한은 내부에서는 경고의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 지난달 13일 금융통화위원회 정례회의 후 열린 기자간담회에서 이창용 한은 총재는 "여러 금통위원이 가계부채 증가세에 큰 우려를 표했다"며 "만일 가계부채가 급격하게 늘어나면 금리나 거시건전성 등을 통해 대응할 것"이라고 밝혔다. 이날 한은이 공개한 제13차 금통위 의사록(7월 13일 개최)에 따르면 금통위원들 역시 가계대출이 증가하고 있는 상황을 주의 깊게 살펴볼 필요가 있다는 의견을 나타냈다. 금통위원들은 "지난해 하반기 이후 감소 흐름을 보였던 가계대출이 2분기 중 다시 확대됐는데, 주택대출규제 완화와 정책 대출 공급 확대 등 정책 요인이 주택가격 회복 기대와 맞물린 결과라는 점을 주목해 볼만하다"며 "앞으로도 가계대출이 증가세를 이어가면서 금융불균형 위험을 키우는 요인으로 작용할 우려가 큰 만큼 상황을 계속 점검해 나갈 필요가 있다"고 밝혔다.
