올해 13번째 인증...총 2527명 탄생현대해상·메리츠선 13회 연속자도성별 최고령자에 80세 남, 79세 여

사진출처 = 연합뉴스“손해보험 우수인증설계사 5년 연속 선정, 직전 5년간 계약 유지율 13회차 95% 이상 25회차 90% 이상, 직전 5년간 총 계약 건수 전종목 1500건 이상(장기보험 300건 이상).”최고의 손해보험설계사를 지칭하는 ‘블루리본 컨설턴트’ 조건이다.1일 손해보험협회에 따르면 올해 13번째 인증을 실시한 블루리본 컨설턴트에 총 2527명이 선정됐다.이는 전체 손해보험 전속 설계사의 약 2.2% 수준으로 전년 대비 112명 증가한 것이다.이 가운데 블루리본 컨설턴트 인증 제도를 처음 도입한 2011년부터 올해까지 13회 연속 이름을 올린 설계사도 2명 탄생했다. 주인공은 이덕자(현대해상 진주사업부), 엄장식(메리츠화재 센트럴본부) 설계사다.블루리본 컨설턴트는 5년 연속 우수인증설계사 중 엄격한 기준을 또 충족해야 선정될 수 있는 만큼 ‘최고 가운데 최고’ 설계사로 통한다. 앞서 올해 6월 손보협회가 선정한 5년 연속 우수인증설계사는 1만7357명이다.

[자료 제공 = 손보협회]이번에 선정된 블루리본 컨설턴트를 연령대별로 보면 50대 1158명(45.8%), 60대 1038명(41.1%) 순으로 나타났으며, 30대가 10명(0.4%)으로 가장 낮았다.성별로는 남성은 50대 478명(18.9%), 여성은 60대 746명(29.5%) 비중이 가장 많았다. 남성은 50대에서, 여성은 60대에서 설계사 전성기를 누리고 있는 셈이다.또, 최연소 인증자는 36세 남성이며, 최고령 인증자는 남성은 80세, 여성은 79세로 2011년 블루리본 컨설턴트 인증 제도 도입 이후 각각 역대 최고령에 등극했다. 정년이 없이 설계사 직업의 특성을 상징적으로 보여주는 결과다.블루리본(Blue Ribbon)은 미국과 영국권에서 ‘최고의 영예’, ‘가장 뛰어난’이라는 의미로 통용되며, 영국의 가장 권위 있는 훈장으로 알려진 가터훈장과 같이 수여되는 푸른색의 가터에서 유래됐다.
