올해 순이자마진 2.4% 예상카카오뱅크가 기대보다 늘어난 대출 규모를 고려해 당초 10% 중반대였던 올해 대출 성장 목표율을 30% 넘는 수준으로 올려 잡았다.상반기 실적과 최근 추세를 봤을 때 하반기에 보수적으로 여신을 관리해도 달성 가능하다고 자신했다.카카오뱅크 김석 카카오뱅크 최고운영책임자(COO)는 2일 열린 2분기 경영 실적 컨퍼런스 콜에서 "당초 제시한 가이던스를 훌쩍 상회해 올해 중에 최소 30% 중반까지는 성장할 수 있다"고 밝혔다.그러면서 "예대율의 조정이 당연히 필요하며 여·수신 금리 조정도 주목할 시점이라고 판단하고 있다"며 "시장 금리, 정부 정책 방향 등 여러 불확실성이 있지만 여신 성장과 함께 금리 조정을 하면 시장의 순이자마진(NIM)은 올해 연중 기준 2.35~2.4%를 유지할 것"이라고 밝혔다.카카오뱅크의 NIM이 지난해 2.48%인 것을 감안하면 수익성은 다소 낮아질 것이란 얘기다.여신 잔액은 2분기 말 기준 약 33조9천억원으로 지난 1분기 29조3천억원보다 약 16% 증가했다.

[사진=카카오뱅크]김석 COO는 "현재 경기 상황과 시장 금리 상황은 불확실성이 있어 신용대출을 중심으로 한 대출 포트폴리오 건전성 관리가 중요한 상황이라 상대적으로 마진 폭이 작은 주담대와 같은 상품을 중점적으로 취급해야 한다"고 말했다.이어 "은행연합회는 주담대의 금리를 신규 취급액 기준이 아닌 잔액 기준으로 공시 할 예정이라 은행들간 금리 경쟁이 치열해질 것"이라며 "대출 성장보다는 수익률 관리가 필요해 상반기보다 적은 규모의 성장을 예상해 전체적으로 30% 중반의 성장이 가능하다"고 내다봤다.수익성 하락을 감수하면서 대출 성장을 이끄는 것 아니냐는 지적에는 후발주자로서 불가피한 선택이라는 설명이다.그는 "NIM에 대해 중장기적으로 구체적인 목표 수준을 정하지 않고 있으며 은행연합회의 예대금리차 공시를 보면서 적정 수준의 여·수신 금리를 결정하고 있다"며 "대출에 따른 충당금 적립률 차이도 고려해서 안정적인 수준의 예대금리 차이를 확보하는 게 포인트"라고 설명했다.
