[앵커] 지난달 소비자 물가가 2.3% 올라, 25개월 만에 최저 상승폭을 나타냈습니다. 석유류 가격이 사상 최대 폭으로 하락한 영향입니다. 집중호우로 크게 오른 채솟값은 통계에 완전히 반영되지 않았습니다. 이승훈 기자가 보도합니다. [리포트] 지난달 소비자 물가는 지난해 같은 달보다 2.3% 올랐습니다. 6월에 이어 두 달 연속 2%대로, 25개월 만에 가장 낮은 상승률입니다. 소비자 물가는 지난 2월 4%대에서 4월 3%대, 6월 2%대로 상승 폭이 둔화하는 흐름을 보이고 있습니다. 7월 물가 상승률이 낮아진 데는 유가의 영향이 컸습니다. 석유류 가격은 1년 전과 비교해 26% 가까이 하락해 통계 작성 이후 가장 큰 하락폭을 기록했습니다. 여기에 쇠고기와 돼지고기 가격 하락의 영향으로 농·축·수산물의 가격도 0.5% 낮아졌습니다. 집중 호우 등으로 크게 오른 채솟값은 아직 통계에 완전히 반영되지 않았습니다.[김보경/통계청 경제동향통계심의관 : "채소물가 상승은 주로 하순경에, 7월 하순경에 많이 나타난 것으로 보이는데요. 월 3회 조사를 하고 있습니다. 그래서 아마 하순의 상승 폭에 비해서는 평균 해서 낮게 나온 경향이 있고요."] 올 초 7%대 높은 상승률을 보이던 외식비는 지난달에는 5%대로 둔화했고, 전체 서비스 물가 상승률도 3.1%로 전달보다 상승 폭을 줄였습니다. 일시적 변동성이 큰 농산물과 석유류를 뺀 근원물가는 3.9% 올라 지난해 4월 이후 가장 낮은 상승률을 보였습니다. 다만, 통계청은 통계상의 기저효과가 약해지면서, 이 같은 물가 둔화 흐름이 이어지기 어려울 수도 있다고 분석했습니다. 또 최근 들어 오른 국제 유가도 물가에 영향을 줄 것으로 보입니다. 한국은행도 이번 달부터 소비자 물가가 다시 높아져, 연말까지 3% 안팎에서 등락할 것으로 전망했습니다.
