SH공사는 그동안 준공된 아파트에서 무량판 구조를 적용한 아파트 주차장을 대상으로 전수조사에 착수했다고 2일 밝혔다. 조사 대상 아파트는 2014년 11월 착공해 2017년 준공된 것으로 송파구 위례23단지를 포함한 총 8곳이다. 앞서 SH는 최근 5년내 준공한 지하주차장 무량판구조 건축물을 전수 조사했으며 구조적 이상이 발견되지 않은 것으로 확인됐다고 밝힌 바 있다. 이번 전수조사로 무량판 구조가 적용된 아파트 주차장은 모두 조사를 하게 되는 것이다. SH 관계자는 "안전진단 전문기관을 통해 전단 보강 철근 탐사·콘크리트 비파괴 압축 강도 시험 등 정밀 조사를 거쳐 결과를 발표할 계획"이라며 "이번 조사를 통해 서울시내 무량판 아파트 주차장에 대한 안전 점검이 시행되는 것"이라고 설명했다. 무량판 구조는 보 없이 기둥만으로 천장을 지탱하는 구조다. 수평구조 자재인 보가 없는 상태에서 기둥이 직접 슬래브(콘크리트 천장)를 지지하기 때문에 층 사이가 높고 건설비용과 기간이 단축되는 것으로 알려졌다. 그러나 이 방식을 적용한 인천 검단의 LH 아파트 지하주차장이 4월 무너져 부실시공 논란에 휩싸였다. SH는 또 계약 수주부터 설계, 시공, 감리 등 절차 전반에서 '전관예우'로 인한 문제가 있는지 살피는 방안도 검토 중이다.
