여행 성수기 맞으며 ‘문의 답변 안 온다’ 불만 폭증한 하나투어대표 사과문 내고 징계위 회부...타 여행사들도 ‘긴장’예약·상담 인력 늘리며 고객 응대율 높이기 집중

그래픽=손민균 모두투어와 노랑풍선, 교원투어 여행이지 등 하나투어보다 직원 수가 적은 여행사들도 하반기 예약 인력을 늘리고 응대를 빠르게 하기 위해 시스템을 갖추고 있다.모두투어의 직원 수는 580명으로, 예약센터(상담 인력) 직원은 100명 수준으로 유지하고 있다. 여행 시장의 빠른 회복 속도를 고려해 하반기에는 150명 내외로 상담 인력을 늘린다는 계획이다.또한, 고객 불만·항공권 환불·여행 견적 등의 문의에 신속하게 대응하기 위해 모두투어에서 자체적으로 처리할 수 있는 1차 접수 부분은 당일 응대율 90%로 대응 중이라고 밝혔다. 개별 항공권 환불 및 특이 케이스의 경우 전화 응대율은 평균 80% 수준이며, 항공사 회신이 필요할 경우 영업일 기준 최대 5일 내 안내한다는 입장이다.노랑풍선은 직원 430명 중 30명이 상담 전용 인력으로 일하고 있고, 3분기까지 50명으로 확대한다는 계획이다. 노랑풍선 측 관계자는 온라인 문의 평균 답변 시간은 8시간이며, 8시간 이내 답변을 하는 경우가 57%로 가장 많다고 밝혔다.
