엘앤에프 연구소 전경. 엘앤에프 제공[파이낸셜뉴스] 엘앤에프는 올해 2·4분기 잠정 영업이익이 30억원으로 지난해 동기 대비 95.1% 감소했다고 3일 공시했다. 같은 기간 매출은 58.6% 늘어난 1조3682억원이다. 엘앤에프 관계자는 "영업이익 감소는 메탈 가격 하락과 제품순실현가치 반영에 따 감소됐다"며 "메탈 가격 급락이 아니었으면 2·4분기 예상 영업이익은 700억원 수준"이라고 말했다. 그러면서 "전구체, 리튬, 음극재 등 신규 사업 검토에 집중하고 있다"며 "하반기 전구체 합작법인(JV)를 시작으로 엘에프-클로즈드 루프(원료부터 양극재 생산까지의 과정) 구축을 위해 본격 시동을 걸 것"이라고 덧붙였다. 엘앤에프는 지난 6월 LS그룹과 전구체 생산을 위한 JV를 설립한다고 밝혔다. 해당 JV는 LS 55%, 엘앤에프 45%의 지분 구조를 가지며 공동 경영 체계로 출범된다. 엘앤에프는 하반기 실적도 보수적일 것으로 내다봤다. 엘앤에프 관계자는 "메탈 가격 하락 영향과 전기차(EV) 판매량 불확실성으로 하반기 실적 전망은 보수적인 관점을 유지한다"고 말했다. 한편 엘앤에프는 현재 대구국가산단내 1공장과 2공장을 가동하고 있으며 올해 3·4분기 3-1공장을 준공한다. 오는 4·4분기부터는 3-1공장을 정식 가동할 계획이다. 1, 2공장 생산능력은 연간 11만t이다..
