사진=연합뉴스공정거래위원회가 대형 연예기획사들의 아이돌 굿즈 '끼워팔기'에 대한 조사에 나섰다.3일 업계에 따르면 공정위는 최근 SM엔터테인먼트와 JYP엔터테인먼트 등 주요 연예 기획사에 대한 현장 조사를 벌였다.공정위는 이들 업체가 포토카드(포카) 등 아이돌 관련 상품을 부당하게 앨범과 묶어 판매했는지를 들여다보고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.연예기획사들은 지갑에 넣을 수 있는 사이즈의 멤버들 사진, 이른바 포토카드를 앨범에 넣어 판매하고 있다. 다양한 종류의 포토카드를 무작위로 끼워팔기 때문에 팬들은 이를 전부 모으기 위해 앨범을 대량 구매하기도 한다.만약 상품을 판매하면서 서로 다른 상품을 부당하게 끼워팔았다면 공정거래법상 불공정거래 행위가 될 수 있다. 다만 공정위는 구체적인 사건의 조사 여부와 내용에 대해서는 밝힐 수 없다는 입장이다.공정위는 올해 주요 업무 추진계획을 발표하면서 아이돌 굿즈·완구 등 온라인 시장의 불공정 행위를 점검하겠다고 예고한 바 있다.앞서 하이브, SM엔터테인먼트, YG엔터테인먼트 등 연예 기획사들이 앨범·굿즈 등을 제작하는 과정에서 외주 업체에 갑질을 했는지 등 하도급법 위반 행위에 대해서도 조사를 시작했다..
