[서울=뉴시스] 남정현 기자 = 현대캐피탈이 약 112억원 규모의 자사주 매입을 결정했다고 4일 공시했다. 현대캐피탈은 "비상장 주식의 소액 주주들에게 경제적 이익을 실현할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 이번 자사주 매입을 결정했다"고 밝혔다.이번에 매입하는 주식은 22만2673주로, 주당 매수가는 5만287원이다. 기아가 2021년 12월 특수목적 법인 보유 현대캐피탈 주식 20%를 인수할 당시 매수가인 4만3918원과 비교해 14.5% 높다. 매입 예정규모는 올해 1분기 기준 총 발행 주식 수의 약 0.22%에 해당한다. 이는 최근 2년여 간 배당금 지급 가정치(배당가액 900여원)를 크게 웃도는 수준이라고 현대캐피탈은 설명했다. 이번 자기주식 양도 신청기간은 9월1~20일이며 현대캐피탈은 신청한 주주들에게 다음달 27일 매도대금을 일괄 지급할 예정이다.현대캐피탈 관계자는 "국내외 사업의 지속적인 확대 속에서 무배당 기조가 길어질 가능성이 있어 주주 가치 실현에 대한 관심과 의지를 더해 자사주 매입을 결정하게 됐다"고 말했다..
