김영섭·박윤영·차상균 심층면접KT가 4일 차기 대표 최종 후보자를 발표한다. KT는 올해 구현모 전 대표와 윤경림 전 사장이 차례로 대표 후보로 내정됐지만 모두 불발되면서 수개월간의 경영 공백 사태를 겪고 있다. KT를 정상화할 차기 대표로 누가 선임될 것인지 KT 내외부의 관심이 집중되고 있다.   4일 KT에 따르면 대표 선임을 담당하는 이사추천위원회는 이날 오후 차기 대표 후보자 1인을 발표할 예정이다.

왼쪽부터 김영섭, 박윤영, 차상균. 사외이사 전원으로 이뤄진 이사추천위원회는 공개모집과 주주 및 외부 추천을 받은 30여명의 지원자에 대한 심사를 거쳐 3명을 심층 면접 대상자로 선정했다. 대상자는 김영섭 전 LG CNS 대표, 박윤영 KT 전 사장, 차상균 서울대 교수(가나다순)로 이사추천위는 이들을 상대로 이날 심층 면접을 실시한다.   김 전 대표는 럭키금성상사(현 LX인터내셔널)에 입사해 LG 구조조정본부 재무개선팀 상무, LG유플러스 최고재무책임자(CFO) 부사장 등을 역임했다. 2015년부터 지난해까지 LG CNS 대표를 지냈다.   박 전 부문장은 KT 연구직으로 입사한 뒤 SK를 거쳐 다시 KT로 복귀했다. 2019년 구현모 전 KT 대표와 막판까지 CEO 자리를 겨뤘다. 지난 2월에도 최종 면접자 4인에도 포함됐다. 3인 중 유일한 KT 출신으로 서비스·기술 분야와 B2B 사업에 강점이 있다는 평가를 받고 있다.   차 원장은 2012∼2019년 KT 사외이사를 지냈다. 하드디스크에 저장하던 데이터를 D램 메모리에 압축·저장해 실시간 고속으로 처리하는 인메모리 데이터베이스 플랫폼 하나(HANA)를 세계 최초로 개발한 빅데이터 전문가이며, 이를 활용한 글로벌 벤처 사업가로도 인정받은 바 있다.   KT는 최종후보가 선정되면 8월 말 임시주주총회를 열고 신임 대표이사 선임안을 표결에 부친다. 주주총회 선임 요건은 ‘참석 주식의 60% 이상 + 찬성한 비율이 전체 주식의 25% 이상’이다. 올해 3월 말 기준 KT 1대 주주는 8.
