목표가는 45만→55만5000원 상향

(에코프로 홈페이지 갈무리)(서울=뉴스1) 공준호 기자 = 하나증권은 4일 에코프로(086520) 주식에 대해 '매도' 의견을 유지했다. 지난 5월19일 이후 약 3개월만에 나온 에코프로 보고서를 통해서다. 목표가는 기존 45만원에서 55만5000원으로 23.3% 상향했지만 이는 전날 종가인 120만7000원의 절반에도 못미치는 수준이다.김현수 하나증권 연구원은 "광산과 염호를 보유한 기업들과 같이 20%의 장기 마진을 취할 수 있다는 극단적 가정을 취하더라도 에코프로 리튬사업부문 가치는 4조9000억원, 에코프로의 적정 가치는 16조7000억원으로 도출된다"며 "3년후 장기투자를 가정해도 현재 가격에서는 투자 매력이 떨어진다고 판단한다"고 말했다. 전날 종가 기준 에코프로의 시가총액은 32조원에 이른다.그는 "지주사 에코프로 기업가치의 70% 이상은 에코프로비엠으로부터 창출된다"며 "에코프로비엠 장기 최대 가치는 43조7000억원 수준으로 도출된다"고 말했다. 그는 "보유 지분율 및 순자산가치(NAV) 할인을 감안했을때 에코프로비엠으로 인한 지주사 에코프로의 가치는 9조8000억원"이라고 말했다.그는 "에코프로머티리얼즈에 대한 향유 가치 1조원과 에코프로CNG, 에코프로HN 부문 가치 합산시 자회사에 대한 에코프로의 향유 가치는 11조8000억원"이라고 말했다. 여기에 리튬 사업에 대한 가치를 "프리미엄에 프리미엄을" 붙여 계산해도 현재 주가는 과도하다는 것이 김 연구원의 판단이다.김 연구원은 최근 주가 변동성이 커지는 이유에 대해 "현재의 주가와 기업 가치간 괴리가 크기 때문"이라며 "시총 10조원 미만에서는 저평가 괴리가 컸기에 폭발적으로 상승했으나, 시총 20조원을 넘어선 현시점에서 는 고평가 괴리가 큰 만큼 작은 이슈에도 쉽게 낙폭이 확대되고 있다"고 설명했다. 그는 "모간스탠리캐피털인터내셔널(MSCI) 지수 편입이나 타섹터와의 수급 경쟁 등은 기업가치 변동과 무관하다"며 "기업가치 평가 측면에서의 매수 실익은 없다고 판단한다"고 말했다.
