김현태 보로노이 경영 부문 대표(좌)와 김대권 보로노이 연구개발 부문 대표(우) (사진=보로노이)김현태 대표는 보로노이의 지분 39.62%를 보유한 최대주주이자 이사회 의장이다. 김현태 대표는 보로노이 지분을 사비로 취득해 최대주주가 된 이후 외부 투자 유치도 적극적으로 펼치면서 바이오사업을 본격화한 인물이다.‘증권맨 출신’ 김현태 대표, 보로노이 바이오사업 본격화김현태 대표는 바이오 관련 이력이 전혀 없는 증권맨 출신이다. 김현태 대표는 2003년 서울대 경영학과를 졸업한 후 2005년 서울대에서 경영대학원(MBA) 과정을 수료했다. 같은해 유안타증권의 전신인 동양증권 국채운용 사원으로 입사한 그는 2007년~2009년에는 삼성자산운용에서 해외펀드운용팀장을 맡았다. 이후 KB증권, 한화투자증권, 이베스트투자증권 등에서 자산운용팀장을 역임하다 2016년 10월 보로노이에 합류했다.김대권 대표는 서울대학교 약학대학에서 학·석사 학위를 취득했다.
