수출·수입 모두 두자릿수 감소…외신 "경기부양 압박 커져"미국·한국·대만 등과 무역 급감 속 대러시아 수출은 70% 급증

중국 항구의 컨테이너[연합뉴스 자료사진](서울=연합뉴스) 홍제성 기자 = 중국의 7월 수출액이 전년 동기에 비해 또다시 두 자릿수 감소를 기록했다. 8일 중국 세관 당국인 해관총서에 따르면 7월 수출액은 2천817억6천만 달러(약 369조7천억원)로 전년 동기대비 14.5% 줄어들었다. 이 같은 월간 수출 증가율은 코로나19 발생 직후인 2020년 2월 이후 3년 5개월 만에 최저치다. 이 수치는 지난해 10월부터 올해 2월까지 5개월 연속 마이너스를 이어갔다. 지난 3월(+14.8%) 반등하고 4월(+8.5%)에도 증가세를 이어가는 듯했지만, 5월(-7.5%)부터 다시 마이너스로 전환해 6월에는 12.4% 급감했다.

[그래픽] 중국 수출입 증감률 추이(AFP=연합뉴스) 김영은 기자 = 0eun@yna.co.kr 트위터 @yonhap_graphics 페이스북 tuney.kr/LeYN1 중국의 수출 실적은 7월 들어 5∼6월에 비해 낙폭을 더 키우며 석 달째 감소세를 이어갔다. 7월 수출 실적은 6월 실적은 물론 시장 전망치보다 적었다. 앞서 로이터통신은 경제전문가들을 대상으로 조사한 결과 7월 수출이 12.5% 줄어들 것으로 예상한 바 있다. 미국, 프랑스, 이탈리아, 대만 등으로의 수출이 각각 두 자릿수 감소를 기록한 가운데, 대부분 지역으로의 수출이 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 다만 러시아로의 수출은 전년 동기대비 73.4% 증가해 '신냉전' 기류 속에 밀착하고 있는 중국과 러시아의 관계가 통계 수치에서도 드러났다. 중국의 수출 감소는 세계적 수요 위축 속에 중국 제조업 경기의 전반적 부진에 따른 것이라는 해석이 나온다. 이와 관련, 블룸버그 통신은 중국의 경제회복 부진에 대해 "당초 올해 탄탄한 소비를 통해 경제 회복이 기대됐지만, 경기에 대한 자신감·국내 수요의 부족으로 인해 모멘텀이 약화되고 있다"고 평가했다.
